DriverFinder respects your need to know about what purchasing our product entails.

    DriverFinder is a ONE-TIME purchase. It is NOT a recurring subscription where you will be billed automatically once your license period is up.

  • 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

    If you're not satisfied with DriverFinder then please get in touch within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund your purchase.

  • License Duration.

    You can purchase DriverFinder on a 1-year or 3-year basis. The license you will receive after purchase will be usable on three (3) PCs. At the end of the license date, we will send you a reminder asking if you want to continue your use of DriverFinder. If we don’t hear anything from you, the license will simply expire on the indicated date. Again, you will NOT be automatically billed for anything at any time.

DriverFinder Refund Policy

As stated above, DriverFinder offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, please contact Customer Support. We will then refund the original purchase price back to you using the same account or method you used to make the original purchase.
However, please note that our DriverFinder Support Team's first response will be to help you make best use of the product. The support provided may be in the form PC technical support, extra software usage instructions, and/or requests for extra information regarding your use DriverFinder. If, after the help extended, you still prefer a reimbursement, then a refund will be issued without delay.
Refunds are issued for several reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Customer dissatisfaction over the software that cannot be solved after technical support, extra software usage instructions, and customer-specific troubleshooting.
  • If the original purchase has been identified as a fraudulent transaction.
  • To comply with any banking or payment processing requests.
